Data Backup/Transfer(Up To 20GB) Description: We will backup your music, documents, videos, and pictures to either an external harddrive or transfer your data to a new computer.

Desktop Hook-Up Description: We will install your desktop computer and connect it to a monitor and connect the mouse and keyboard. Will will connect it to the internet(if applicable). We will also make sure you are able to use your computer before we leave |

Deleted Harddrive Data Recovery Description: We will attempt to rescue and recover data due to accidental deletion, virus, computer wipe, etc. If we cannot there is no charge. |
Diagnostics Description: We will diagnose your computer and attempt to figure out the problem. |

Harddrive Data Recovery/Rescue Description: If your computer does not work but your harddrive does we will attempt to recover data and transfer it to another computer or harddrive. |
Hardware Install Description: We will install 1 piece of hardware. This includes harddrives, memory(RAM), graphics card, sound card, wireless cards,etc. |

Operating System Install/Upgrade Description: We will install new operating system on your computer or upgrade your current operating system. We will also do any updates that are present after installation. |
Software Installations Description: We will install up to 3 software programs onto 1 computer. Example: Office, Anti-Virus Software,iTunes, etc. |

System Restore Description: We will completely restore your computer to the last working state. You will need to supply us with the restore disks or have your computer backed up with Time Machine. If you do not have restore media we can discuss operating system options*.

Training (Hourly) Description: We will come to your home for 1 hour and answer any questions you have on your Mac Desktop/Laptop and get you started with how to use a computer and take advantage of your computer. |

Tune-Up Description: We will run tests to speed up your computer and stop programs from slowing down your computer. We will also make sure that there are no programs slowing down the starting up of system. |
Virus Removal Description: We will search for and remove any viruses we find. We will also make sure your anti-virus is up to date and installed. |

Printer Install and Setup Description: We will install a printer(wirelessly if applicable) and set it up so that you can print from up to 2 computers. |
Wireless Router Install Description: We will install a wireless router in your home and set up and router name and password so that it is secure. We will also setup file sharing if requested and applicable for up to 2 computers. |
